I’m always so busy with work, and then go to yoga classes that completely wipe me out. By the time I’m supposed to make dinner, all I want to do is nap. So what could help? Meal-prepping! For those of you who are unfamiliar, Work Week Lunch is a meal prep blog, complete with a meal prep subscription service that helps people save time, money, and even eat healthy. Talia Koren is the founder of Work Week Lunch and she started this program in 2018. Since then, it has blown up to be so incredibly successful as she helps people all around the world keep their lives in order.

How does it work exactly?

When you sign up for the program, you will receive an email every single week on Thursday from Talia. The email will contain information on next week’s meal prepping plans. She sends these out on Thursday to give you time to gather everything you need and be able to prep everything on the weekend.

As a member, you will get a new meal plan, grocery list, and recipes every week with access to an amazing private community. You won’t be able to see most of her recipes unless you subscribe. The plan is completely customizable to your own preferences, and there are over 300 recipes to try.

The cost

My favorite thing about this program is that it only costs $7.99 a month. For some, that may seem like a lot for a subscription. Think about the time it takes you to not only browse Pinterest for recipes, but find recipes that are actually capable of being made as a meal prep. Not every recipe is create equal in the meal-prepping world. The last thing we want is some soggy lunch mid week because it didn’t stand the test of time.

You need to spend hours trying to find the right recipes, putting them all together for the week, and then breaking down the ingredients to create a grocery list for yourself. This amount of effort is why most people just give up on the idea of meal-prepping.
