Everyone knows the holidays are for stuffing your face with delicious foods, and usually traveling to see family. With this, most people get out of their fitness routines and eat just a little unhealthy! If you have a friend or loved one in your life that is a fitness lover, this is the guide for you! Here’s some fun and helpful gifts for that person who needs to get back on track once the holidays are over! New Years Resolution, anyone? Click on the photos to buy the products!
1. Jadyn B Women’s Duffel Bag
2. Flamingo Water Bottle
Okay, this is one of the cutest water bottles. I love bright, happy colors and the flamingos are just the icing on the cake. This would be such a cute gift for your BFF! Or me..
3. Fitbit Charge 2
A much pricier gift, but it would be so worth seeing how excited they’d be to receive it. This is actually the exact one I wear every day and I definitely vouch for how amazing it is! I love being able to constantly see my heart rate!
4. Nothing is Impossible Yoga Mat
I used to have this really lame purple yoga mat. Then I switched to this gorgeous one with a colorful pattern on it and it’s one of my favorite things! There’s something about having pretty workout accessories that make me so happy! This is such a cute mat for your yogi friend!
Both James and I vouch for this product as being one of the perfect running belts! I highly, highly recommend this product as a gift to your runner friend or family member. They will seriously thank you. It sits tight on the waist and never bounces around while you’re running. I’ve ran 18 miles with it and it never moved!
6. Hamilton Beach Personal Blender
I probably wouldn’t use this to make super intricate smoothies, but it looks super adorable to make protein shakes and simple fruit smoothies! I love that it’s personal and you can just take the part you blended in to-go! No big mess to clean up, it’s convenient, and did I mention so adorable? I kind of want this now..
7. Cutest Workout Top Ever
I wasn’t going to put any apparel on this guide because most people are picky about their fashion, but this is universally adorable. This with a pair of workout leggings, your Nike’s, and that cute gym bag from earlier on this list and you’re SO ready for the gym! Now I’m not sure if I’m making a guide or a wishlist.
8. Bluetooth Headphones
Another pricey purchase, but so worth it for someone you really care about! Basically, I wouldn’t gift this to that person in the office you say hi to every morning with a less than enthused tone. There is nothing people usually need more than headphones. I always end up buying cheap ones, so I go through them so quickly. I also have small ear holes so the iPhone ones, for example, don’t fit my ears. These would fit around anyone’s ears and also, Bluetooth headphones are pretty amazing.
9. Arm Band
Much cheaper than wireless Bluetooth headphones, you could just buy them an arm band to hold their phones while they workout! If you’re a lazy lady like myself, you’ve probably done the ol’ “phone in the sports bra” move more than once. It’s inconvenient and probably super unhygienic! This arm band keeps your phone secure and out of the way! Also, it’s an adorable color and I want it.
10. Jump Rope
So I am actually a huge fan of jumping rope. It’s a great cardio exercise, and I use it to switch up from running. If you know someone who wants to workout, but doesn’t have a gym membership and doesn’t really run, I think this would be a great gift. Jump roping can be a great workout, but also super fun when you get the cool tricks down! It’s great for people who can’t make it to the gym but still want a great HIIT workout.
I hope this guide helps you scratch off a few people from your list! If you bought everything for me, that’s cool too. If you are already a gym goer, then you know what’s coming on January 1st. A flock of New Years “Resolutioners”, but at least they’ll all have really cute gym accessories!
